What types of homes do you buy?
Any home – including mobile homes and multi-family properties – are eligible to be bought for fast cash. We are willing to buy houses that are either in poor condition or, for one reason or another, might not be attractive to other buyers. This includes:
● Houses with structural issues such as foundation, roof, plumbing, or electrical problems.
● Houses that may be outdated and not appealing to today’s buyers.
● Houses located in less than desirable or high-crime neighborhoods.
● Houses on verge of foreclosure.
● Houses that have been inherited or are in probate.
● Houses that may hold bad memories for the homeowner, such as a death, divorce, or tragedy.
● Of course, we also buy nice houses!
How does the process work?
We follow a quick and simple 3 step process that makes it easy for our sellers:
1. CALL US TO SCHEDULE A VISIT. Give us a little information about your house. You can do this by calling/texting us at 803-400-8417, or by using the contact form on this website.
2. GET A CASH OFFER. Bob or Tyler will contact you to arrange a visit to view the home and answer any questions you have. Hopefully, at the end of the visit, you’ll get a cash offer for your house. Sometimes, we may need to take a day to do some research.
3. CLOSE ON YOUR SCHEDULE. You are under no obligation to accept the cash offer. But if you do, we’ll set up a closing time that works for you, so you can get your cash and move on as quickly as you wish.
Do you charge a fee for visiting my home and making the offer?
No. This service is completely free of charge.
How much will you pay me for my home?
It depends on the condition and location of the home. Each home is different. Typically, we will buy the home from you and then spend additional money to fix/update the home. How much we have to spend on the fixing will directly influence how much we can pay you. If you don’t feel our offer is fair, you are under no obligation to sell.
